LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective as of September 26, 2022

  1. Membership & Eligibility

    The Skoop Loyalty Program ("Program") is a free rewards program offered by theSkoop, Inc. ("Skoop") to its customers. Membership in the Program ("Membership") is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. 

  2. Membership Tiers; Earning and Redeeming Skoop Rewards

    Membership Tiers Generally

    There are three tiers of membership in the Program: 

    Community, Premium and Elite 

    Skoop Community (everyone automatically is in, free):

    • $40 credit after every 5 appointments

    • $25 credit for referring a friend (when you use your unique code from inside the app, in your profile page)

      • All Skoop customers are automatically in the Community tier. Subject to removal from the Program (as explained in Section 6 below), a customer will remain in the Community indefinitely unless the minimum annual spend required to achieve Premium or Elite status is met. Members will earn a $40 credit (“Loyalty Credit”) after every 5 appointments booked. In order to qualify for a Loyalty Credit, the appointment must have a minimum value of $25. Gifted, “no charge”, and appointments booked with a Referral Credit do not qualify towards a Loyalty Credit. A maximum of one appointment per provider per day will qualify towards a Credit. The Credit must be redeemed for a minimum appointment value of $40. If a customer cancels an appointment, that appointment will not qualify towards a Credit. Appointments booked with a Referral Credit will not count towards Loyalty Credits, however first time Referrals will count towards Loyalty Credits. If a customer has a Referral Credit and Loyalty Credit at the same time, the Referral Credit will apply first. 

    Skoop Premium 

    • Spend $500 and get 5% off all services you book during that calendar year 

    • Free product sample (choose from three)  

    • Exclusive discounts

      • Premium status is conferred on those registered Skoop Community members who spend a minimum of $500 on appointments during one calendar year (January 1st - December 31st). Canceled appointments will not qualify towards a higher tier. Premium status is good for the calendar year in which the Skoop Insider member qualifies; after that, annual requalification is required. If a member does not requalify for Premium status and does not qualify for Elite status, the member will revert to Skoop Community status.

    Skoop Elite 

    • Spend $2K and get 10% all services you book during that calendar year 

    • Free gift bag

    • Access to invite-only events

    • Exclusive discounts

      • Elite status is conferred on those registered Skoop Community members who spend a minimum of $2,000 on appointments during one calendar year (January 1st - December 31st). Canceled appointments will not qualify towards a higher tier. Elite status is good for the calendar year in which the Skoop Insider member qualifies; after that, annual requalification is required. If a member does not requalify for Elite status and does not qualify for Premium status, the member will revert to Insider status.

    Achieving Premium or Elite status requires a minimum spend per year, as explained above. All membership tiers enjoy a variety of benefits made available by Skoop in its sole discretion from time to time (“Benefits”). Benefits may vary by tier and some tiers may have more Benefits than others. The type, timing and availability of any Benefits (including Rewards (as defined below), special offers, sweepstakes, one of a kind experiences, exclusive events and advance access to products) will be determined by Skoop in its sole discretion.

  3. Skoop Loyalty Rewards

    As part of the Benefits of being a member, you may be eligible for products, exclusive discounts, and/or access to invite-only events made available by Skoop from time to time in its sole discretion (“Rewards”).

  4. Skoop Benefits and Rewards Expiration

    It's our hope that you redeem your Skoop Benefits and Rewards on a regular basis. All unredeemed Skoop Benefits and Rewards will expire on the last day of the current calendar year. If you have questions regarding the date of your current Skoop Membership status, check your Skoop loyalty page in your app. If you feel Skoop Benefits or Rewards have been expired in error, please email Customer Service at theskoop@skoop.nyc for assistance.

    In addition, Skoop Benefits and Rewards will automatically expire if your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled for the reasons further detailed in Section 6.

  5. Skoop Loyalty Profile Page

    Your Skoop Loyalty page in your app is your destination for everything Skoop Loyalty Program related, including the Benefits and Rewards associated with your membership tier and your current Skoop Benefits balance. Your Skoop Loyalty page can be accessed by logging into your app.

  6. Changes, Termination and/or Removal from the Program

    Skoop may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the tier rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of a particular tier or may terminate a particular tier at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice except as expressly set out in these Terms or required by applicable law. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING SUCH CHANGES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES.

    Skoop reserves the right to exclude individuals from the Program or remove Credits from a member in its sole but reasonable discretion. In particular, any abuse, manipulation or "gaming" of the Program or its rules (as determined by Skoop), failure to follow any terms of the Program, Membership inactivity for more than 12 months, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Skoop not otherwise protected by law may subject members to Membership revocation or deduction of Skoop Credits obtained through these abusive or manipulative activities and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program. Membership is non-transferable and Membership purchases must be made by the member. If your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled, any Skoop Credits in your account will automatically expire. Skoop reserves the right to make changes to its Website and these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes. By joining the Program, you hereby agree to be bound by any such changed Terms.
